Note: You can swap out runner positions later if you are not sure which placement they will be running. Also, runners are not locked into their positions. If you feel it would be better to spread the milage to make it more comfortable you are welcome to swap 2 of the legs. Relay begins between 7:45am and 8:45am. Your team will be assigned a start time according to your estimated pace.
