Not sure which position each runner will be running? Swap em out later. Also, runners are not locked into their positions. If you feel it would be better to spread the milage, do it. All runners must complete two non-consecutive legs of the relay.

Relay begins between 7:45am and 9:3Oam. Your team will be assigned a start time according to your estimated pace.
